In the Name of God, written and directed by Stephen in 2020, is a historical fantasy film adapting Islamic fables into a Christian setting in order to examine the historical tension between the East and West. The story follows a devout medieval woodcutter who, one day, has an encounter with The Devil that throws both his morality & faith into question.
